Hope Manning Thornhart is the first born child of teenage parents Starr Manning and Colton "Cole" Thornhart. She was born on November 8th, 2008. Starr was orginally going to give Hope up for adoption to Marcie Walsh McBain. Hope was switched at birth by Jessica Buchanan's alternate personality Bess for Jessica's stillborn daughter Chloe Brennan. For over six months, Hope was thought to be Chloe. When the truth was revealed, Starr and Cole gave Hope to Marcie has as planned. But Marcie saw how much, Starr and Cole had grew up. Marcie returned Hope to Starr and Cole. Hope currently lives with Starr at her family home.
